生脉保元汤体内抗柯萨奇B3病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察生脉保元汤对柯萨奇B3病毒性心肌炎小鼠的影响并初步探讨其作用机制。方法 :经腹腔注射柯萨奇B3病毒来建立病毒性心肌炎小鼠模型。观察小鼠的一般状况、死亡率 ;观察小鼠心肌组织病理改变 ;采用逆转录———聚合酶链反应方法检测小鼠心肌中干扰素和肿瘤坏死因子的表达。结果 :生脉保元汤能剂量依赖性地降低小鼠死亡率 ,改善发病小鼠的一般状况 ;有效减轻心肌的炎症反应 ;诱生干扰素 ,抑制肿瘤坏死因子的表达。结论Objective To study the effects of SMBY on the viral myocarditis mices infected CVB3 and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Animal model was induced by the means of injecting coxsackie B3 virus into the mice＇ abdomiinal cavity. The general status,mortality and the myoeardium pathological changes were observed. The level of TNF-α mRNA and IFN -γ mRNA was tested with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results After medication, the mortality was decreased, the general status improved, the myocardium pathological changes relieved, and IFN-γ was induced and TNF-α expression was inhibited. Conclusions SMBY has therapeutic effect on VMC mice.
