摘　　要：缝隙连接(GapJunctionGJ)在心肌细胞间是实现电藕联及化学信息交换的重要结构基础。本文综述了国际上研究结果,阐述缝隙连接生理病理学功能,在心肌损伤的发生,发展中的作用及与缺血预处理之间的关系。Gap junction provide the significant basis for electrical conductance and intercellular chemical signal communication in the myocardial cell.This review sums up the international result about the physiological and pathologic role of gap junction ,the effect of gap junction in the genesis and development of myocardial damage as well as the relationship between ischemic preconditioning and gap junction.
