摘 要:目的 :研究高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞β2 受体密度与左室肥厚程度及心功能的关系。方法 :采用放射性配基结合分析法 ,测定了 1 1 6例高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞 β2 受体密度 ,并与 31例正常人对照。结果 :与对照组比较 ,高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞β2 受体密度显著增加 ,且与左室肥厚程度呈正相关。当发生心功能不全时 ,β2 受体密度降低。结论 :高血压病患者 β2 受体密度增加是导致心室重塑的可能机制之一。Objective To study the relationship between degree of Left ventricular hypertrophy, heart function, and beta2-adrenoreceptor density in patients with EH. Methods 116 patients with essential hypertension (EH)were included in study and 31 healthy subjects were used as control. Beta2-adrenoreceptor maximum bound volume (β2max)in peripheral lymphocytes was measured by ^3H-DHA radio ligand binding. The degree of left ventricular hypertrophy and heart function was studied by using two-dimensional echocardiography. Results β2max was significantly higher in patients with EH than normotensive control subjects and correlated with the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy. But β2 max was significantly lower in EH patients with chronic heart failure. Conclusion The increase of β2 max is one of mechanisms for left ventricular remodeling possibley.
