摘　　要：汽车内扣式窗下沿扶手是一种具有硬质和软质材料的异型材,采用挤出成型技术生产。详细阐述了机头和定型模设计,在设计模具时把理论计算和实际经验相结合。The lower edge hand rest of inserted window of automobile is a kind of profile of hard and soft material. It is produced by extrusion technology. The design of ram head and stock mold are elaborated. The theoretical calculation and practical experience are combined in the die design.
