摘　　要：对航空工业中高温绝缘电连接器进行工艺分析。针对产品的特点,给出了一种实用的高效率的玻璃模具设计、制造、装配及调试工艺。有效地解决了原生产工艺产品质量不稳定、精度很难保证,生产率低、劳动强度高的难题。并投入生产,获得成功。The processing analysis of high temperature insulated electrical coupling device in aerospace is proceeded. In terms of product characteristics, a practical and efficient design, manufacturing, assembly and testing technology of glass mold is given. It solved the problems that product quality is unstable, precision is hard to assure, production efficiency is low and labor is heavy in previous production technology. It is put into production and makes success.
