摘  要:以6个同源四倍体和2个二倍体不结球白菜(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino)的子叶为外植体,正交设计筛选不定芽诱导优化培养基,测定二、四倍体不结球白菜子叶内源生长素IAA(吲哚-3-乙酸)和细胞分裂素ZR3(玉米素核苷类)的含量及ZRs/IAA比值大小,探讨再生能力与内源激素的相关性。结果表明:四倍体不定芽再生率变化范围是33.4%-83.3%,2个二倍体材料的最高再生率分别是33.3%和80.3%。四倍体白菜内源激素ZRs和IAA含量高于其相应二倍体白菜。用2种方法确定四倍体材料再生能力与内源激素含量的相关性,结果表明再生能力与ZRs/IAA比值显著相关,相关系数分别为0.9428和0.8857。The cotyledons of six autotetraploid and two diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage used as explants, the optional medium of adventitious shoot regeneration was made by orthogonal design, and the regeneration capacity of explants of all materials was arranged. The content of endogenous hormones ( ZRs and IAA) and ZRs/IAA were tested, studied the relativity between regeneration capacity and endogenous hormones. The experimental results showed that the regeneration capacity of adventitious shoot of autotetraploid non-heading Chinese cabbage was ranged from 33.4%- 83.3% , while the highest regeneration frequency of two diploid was 33.3% and 80. 3% respectively. The content of endogenous hormones of autotetraploid was higher than that of their diploid. The relativity between the content of endogenous hormones and regeneration capacity was studied using two methods. And the results showed that there was significant relativity between regeneration capacity and the ratio of ZRs/IAA, and the relativity coefficient were 0. 948 2 and 0. 885 7 respectively.
