摘  要:概述了偏心配水管柱双压力计验封工艺存在的问题:一是验封密封段密封圈易破损,座封可靠性无法验证;二是验封密封段没有泄流阀,解封时试井钢丝负荷大。对此,一方面采用三参数流量计代替上压力计,另一方面设计了泄流式验封密封段。改进后的仪器经现场应用8井次,效果良好。Problems existed in sealing inspection by using the eccentric water-allocation pipe string dual pressure meter are described,which include that the seal ring is easy to be broken down in the sealing section,where the setting reliability is hard to be guaranteed and there is not any discharging valve in the sealing section,thus there is a high load on the well-test wire line in sealing removal.Therefore a 3-parameter flow meter is used to replace the upper pressure meter,on the other hand,a seal section is designed for a leak-off inspection.The improved tool is used in 8 wells with better results.
