摘 要:研究了中胚花筒螅辐射幼体的附着和变态过程以及不同温、盐度对辐射幼体附着和变态的影响.结果表明幼体的附着分为暂时性附着及永久性附着两个阶段;幼体附着变态的适宜盐度范围为23~41;适宜温度范围为13~21℃;在较低温度下(9~17℃),幼体可逆性ATT附着时间延长,有利于幼体对附着基底的选择及幼体的扩散.The processes of settlement and metamorphosis of actinula of Tubularia mesembryanthemum and the effects of temperature and salinity on settlement and metamorphosis were investigated. The results showed that the settlement contained two successive processes: temporary settlement and permanent settlement. Acinula could conduct settlement and metamorphosis at the salinity range of 23~41 and the temperature range of 13~21℃, respectively. It woule take more time for actinula to settle at lower temperatures (9~17℃), which provided more opportunities for actinula to disperse and detect for a fitted substratum.
