摘 要:研究实验室培养条件下,温度和盐度对球石藻(Em iliania huxleyiHay and Mohler)释放到水体中的二甲基硫(DMS)含量的影响.结果表明:培养盐度为40和30时,藻细胞释放到水中的DMS的量增多(0.08 ng/cell);而盐度为35时,释放量仅为0.04 ng/cell.E.huxleyi在12℃、18℃和24℃培养下的DMS释放量分别为0.02、0.04和0.12 ng/cell.较高的温度加快了E.huxleyi的生长速度,促进细胞裂解速度,使细胞在较短的时间内释放出较多的DMSP,并最终裂解为DMS,E.huxleyi在藻细胞整个生长周期中,DMS的大量出现几乎都在指数生长后期至衰亡期,这与DMSP向DMS转变的一系列复杂的生化过程有关.The production of dimethyl suphide (DMS) by Emiliania huxleyi in different growth stages under different salinity and temperature conditions was investigated. The results showed that the production of DMS into the culture was higher (0.08 ng/cell) when the salinity was 40 or 30, compared with that (0.04 ng/cell) when salinity was 35. Higher temperature made the cells of E. huxleyi grow faster and thus collapse and release dimethylsulfonium propionate (DMSP) in short time which is cleaved into DMS finally. DMS production was 0.02, 0.04, 0.12 ng/cell respectively under the temperature of 12, 18, 24℃. In the whole growing periods, the mass production of DMS appeared from anaphase of exponential phase to decrepit phase, which was dependent on the complex biochemical process transfering DMSP into DMS.
