摘　　要：为了定量化风险因素间的复杂的、不确定的关系,建立一个模糊模型来进行风险评估和风险管理.通过该模型可以在当前状态下,预测未来潜在的风险因素.在风险评估和优先排序的基础上,管理者可以有目的地对特定的风险因素采取恰当的风险管理措施.结果表明,由于各风险因素间的相互作用,企业目前面临的风险因素的权重值在未来会发生变化.A model of risk assessment and management was constructed to quantify the complex and uncertain interactive relationships between different risk factors. The severities of the risk factors through their current severities were predicted. By using the prioritisatiou of these causal factors, managers are able to take suitable management actions for controlling the identified risk factors. The research indicates that the severities of risk factors have been changed because of the interaction between different risk factors.
