摘  要:分析了麦洼牦牛分娩前后乳腺分泌物的生化组成,并与常乳进行了比较。牦牛分娩前乳腺分泌物中含有丰富的IgG;-γGT、NAGase、AKP等的活力一般显著高于初乳和常乳,而LP活力、乳糖含量和CN比例低于常乳。分娩前12d~1d的样品中均检测到显著量的-βLG,而-αLA含量很低。Biochemical composition of mammary gland secretions of Maiwa yak during the periparturient period was assayed. The secretions prior to parturition contained high concentration of IgG, and activities of γ-glutaml transpeptidase, N-acetyl- β-D-glucosaminidase and alkaline phosphatase were higher than that in colostrum and milk. However, activity of lactoperoxidase, lactose content and casein percentage were significantly lower than that in yak milk. Significant β- lactoglobulin was detected in secretions 12 d to 1 d prior to parturition and α-lactalbumin percentage was relatively low.
