双圆弧齿轮的有限元综合分析方法

摘　　要：介绍并推导双圆弧齿轮在安装误差影响下接触迹间载荷分配的计算公式和方法。采用有限元软件ANSYS的内嵌语言编制相应的计算程序,实现双圆弧齿轮接触计算有限元模型的自动生成。利用自由度耦合方法实现轮齿的真实转动。计算特定工况下接触应力和弯曲应力的分布,通过比较验证文中计算方法的可行性。The load assignment formula and the method of the double cbcular are gear under the wiring error influence between the contact mark was introduced and inferred. The automatic production of the double circular arc gear contact computation finite element model was realized used the corresponding computational procedure established by finite element software ANSYS in to inlay the language. The turn of tooth real rotation using the degree of freedom coupling method was realized, the distribution of the contact stress and the bending stress under the specific operating mode was calculated. The computation method was feasible by comparison.
