摘 要:采用Yee和Tsuei提出的直接部件模态综合法,将自由界面模态综合法与频响函数法相结合,在试验得到内、外门架振动模型基础上,建立内、外门架组装后门架整体系统振动特性的分析方法,编制MatLab程序计算门架整体的振动特性,分析门架系统各阶振型特点,并把数值仿真结果与试验结果做比较,误差最大达到2.5%。证实该方法在工程机械的整机或部件的振动特性研究中有实用价值。The direct component modal synthesis method proposed by Yee and Tsuei is applied in order to combine the free-interface mode modal synthesis and the principle of frequency-response function. On the basis of the experiments having figured out the vibration patterns of the inner and outer masks, an approach is brought forward to analyze vibration characteristics of the entire mask system comprising the inner and outer masks. And the vibration characteristics of the integral mask system are calculated with programming in MatLab6. 5. The paper analyzes the mode shapes of each order of the mask system. The results of numerical emulation is compared with the experimental results with an error of 2.5 percent, which proves the practical value of this method in the research of the vibration characteristic of complete engineering machine.
