摘　　要：传统知识的巨大价值日益彰显。东盟是世界上遗传资源、民间艺术和其他传统知识存量最丰富的区域之一,东盟一些国家为防范侵权行为,保护传统知识,建立了传统知识保护协调机制,共同防御外来侵权行为。The great value of traditional intellectual properties is increasingly conspicuous, ASEAN is one of those districts rich in inherited resource, folk art and other traditional intellectual properties. Some ASEAN countries have constructed co ordinated protective mechanism to be on guard against invasion and work together to take strict precautions against infringement act.
