摘 要:以某厂喷煤粉高炉的同炉渣、铁为原料,参照现场的操作条件确定实验条件,模拟实验研究每吨铁喷煤量增至200kg时,不同煤种、不同炉渣碱度和不同温度对生铁中硫含量的影响及其规律,并分析了不同煤种灰分成分对炉渣脱硫能力的影响.结果表明,每吨铁喷煤量增至200kg时,炉渣碱度不应低于1.1,铁水温度不应低于1430℃,选择煤种和配比时,须注意混合煤粉灰分中CaO,MgO含量高,SiO2。The effects of factors,such as coal slag basicity and temperature,on content of (S) in hot metal were studied. The slag and iron used in experiment were got from a certain factory. The conditions of experiment were similar to those of blast furnace operation with injection by 200 kg P.C/t Fe. The influence of different ash and component on desulfurization of slag have been analyzed. The results show that when the amount of coal injection increases to 200 kg/t Fe,the slag basicity should not be less than 1.1,the temperature of melted iron should not be below 1430℃,and when selecting coal and its mixture ratio,make sure that in the mixtured coal ash,the content of CaO,MgO should be high and the contents of SiO 2,Al 2O 3 should be low.
