摘 要:研究了Mn、Cu、Ti、B等合金元素对Al-10%Fe合金初生Al3Fe相大小、形貌及分布的影响。结果表明:Mn元素的加入使富铁相变为细小枝状、花朵状,分布较为均匀;Cu元素使富铁相呈细小针状甚至出现规则菱形颗粒状;Cu、Mn各1%联合变质处理的效果更为明显,初生相呈细小花絮状,方向各异,均匀分布在基体中;加入0.02%Ti和0.005%B联合变质处理,初生富铁相甚至变成细小粒状,均匀分布在基体上。The effect of alloying elements manganese, copper, titanium and boron on the morphology and distribution of the primary Al3Fe phase in Al-10% Fe alloys was studied. Results showed that with addition of manganese, the Fe-enriched phase changes to small branches and flower shape is uniformly distributed in the metal matrix. With addition of copper, the Fe-enriched phase appears as fine needle-like shape and even regular rhombus particles. With a combined addition of 1% copper and 1% manganese best results were obtained, the primary phase shows small flower shape with different orientation and is uniformly distributed in the metal matrix. With combined addition of 0. 02% Ti and 0. 005% B the primary Fe-rich phase even becomes small particles and is uniformly distributed in the metal matrix.
