摘  要:基于黄原胶(XG)和魔芋胶(KG)在水溶液中形成嵌合结构体的原理,研制了非化学交联型XG/KG冻胶压裂液,给出了压裂液配方.XG/KG压裂液的表观粘度与XG、KG用量及其配比有关,用量为0.62%+0.22%~0.46%+0.42%时超过200 mPa·s,用量0.51%+0.36%时最高,为330 mPa·s.对于0.50%XG/0.35%KG压裂液,其表观粘度随温度升高而减小,50~80℃时在50 mPa·s上下;pH值在7.0~4.2时维持高表观粘度,pH值<4.2时表观粘度下降,pH值=1.0时仍>210 mPa·s;盐度(KCl浓度)增大时表观粘度增大,盐度为30 g/L时接近400 mPa·s;30℃和80℃下的滤失性能、常温下陶粒的沉降速率均符合常规压裂要求;加入0.1%过硫酸铵和0.2%盐酸后,100~130℃下8小时破胶液粘度为5.4~2.5 mPa·s.该体系压裂液可用于碱敏、天然裂缝发育储层的压裂.图3表5参4.Based on principles of mosaic structure formation of xanthane gum (XG) and kojac gum (KG) in aqueous solution, a noncrosslinking XG/KG aqueous gelling hydrofracturing fluid (GHFF) is prepared and its working recept is formulated and presented. The apparent viscosity, ηa, of this GHFF is dependent upon dosages and ratio of XG and KG, is of 〉200 mPa·s at XG+ KG dosages in range 0.62% + 0.22% -0.46% + 0.42% and has the highest value of 330 mPa·s at dosages 0.51% + 0.35%. For 0.50%XG/0.35%KG GHFF, ηa increases with raising temperature and is about 50 mPa·s at 50-80℃ ; ηa keeps high at pH in range 7.0-4.2, decreases at pH〈4.2 and is of 〉200 mPa·s at pH= 1.0; ηa increases with increasing salinity (KCI concentration) and approximates 400 mPa· s at salinity 30 g/L; the filtration loss characteristics at 30℃ and 80℃ and the seclimentatition rate of haydite in GHFF are satisfactory for standard hydrofracturing operations; the viscosity of broken-down GHFF gel with 0. 1 % ammonium persulfate and 0.2% hydrochloric acid introduced is in range 5.4-2.5 mPa·s when kept at 100-130℃ in 8 hrs. This XG/KG GHFF can be used for stimulating alkaline sensitive and originally fractured reservoirs.
