摘  要:分析了影响注蒸汽锅炉水质的因素,包括硬度、含氧、pH值、含钠、含铁,指出前三项是主要因素,还分析了蒸汽干度的影响.2003年6月起大庆葡北油田三断块葡71-75井组进行蒸汽驱先导性试验,使用OH20-ND-25XAMT型锅炉,注汽压力12 MPa,注汽温度320℃,蒸汽干度75%,日注气量160 m3.介绍了该锅炉用水的软化处理装置及工艺.给出的一组水质分析数据表明,清水硬度(钙镁)为2.83 mmol/L,软化后锅炉生水硬度(镁)和炉水硬度(镁)均为0.04 mmol/L;pH值在正常范围(8.87,8.08,8.32);矿化度和钠钾含量逐步升高.考察了当清水水温分别为0~20℃、含氧量分别为14.6~9.2 mg/L时,为彻底除氧而加入的除氧剂Na2S2O3量,超出理论需要量的剩余量应≤10 mg/L.图1表2参4.The factors influencing water quality in steam boiler for use in steam flood, such as hardness, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH value, Na and Fe concentration, are analysed and the 1st three are considered to be the main factors. The steam quality factor is analysed, too. The steam boiler of type OH20-ND-25XAMT is used for performing the pilot steam flood program in well group P71- 75 of faulted block 3, North Putaohua, Daqing, with following technologic parameters: steam injection pressure 12 MPa; steam. temperature 320℃ ; steam quality factor 75% ; and volume daily injected 160 m^3. The apparatus and technology of water softening and treating are presented. A set of water quality data is tabulated for raw fresh water, boiler feed water, and water in boiler: the hardness is of 2.83(Ca+ Mg), 0.04(Mg), and 0.04(Mg) mmol/L; the pH value is in normal range and is of 8.87, 8.08, and 8.32, respectively; the TSD and the Na + K concentration increase stepwise. The dosage of oxygen scavenger, Na2S2O2, needed for completely removing DO in boiler water is investigated experimentally on the apparatus and for raw fresh water of temperature 0-20℃ and containing 14.6-9.2 nag O2 per liter water, the amount of Na2S2O2 theoretically needed and really introduced is tabulated and the excess of Na2S2O3 in water treated must he ≤10 mg/L.
