摘 要:颗粒状预交联体膨聚合物由淀粉接枝聚丙烯腈的碱性水解产物交联而成,已用于大庆长垣北部地区高含水(93.1%)油藏注水井深部调剖.对该聚合物的应用性能进行了实验研究.该体膨聚合物的吸水倍率(m/m)和溶胀倍率(v/v)受粒径影响小而受介质影响大,在清水中最大,在500和1000 mg/L HPAM溶液中次之,在污水中最小,2 h和48 h值相差不很大,48 h值已接近平衡值,分别在10.55~7.21和16.74~12.64范围.将不同粒度体膨聚合物的0.3%清水悬浮液注入渗透率5.2 μm2的人造岩心,阻力系数Fr和残余阻力系数Frr均不大;在0.44~10.6 μm2的人造岩心中注入粒度>200目体膨聚合物在粘度24.8 mPa·s HPAM溶液中的0.3%悬浮液,测得Fr值为13.10~6.13,Frr值为6.95~4.87,均大大升高,其注入曲线复杂化,表明岩心中发生了颗粒运移、捕集、再运移、再捕集过程,岩心中间点和入口压力同步升高,显示悬浮液具有良好传输能力.溶胀2 h、剪切、测定粒度分布的结果表明,污水中溶胀的聚合物比清水中溶胀的聚合物具有较强的抗剪切破碎能力.图3表3参7.The titled swellable granular precrosslinked polymer (SGPP) is prepared by erosslinking of an alkaline hydrolysis product of a starch graft polyacrylnitrile and has been put into use in water injection wells for indepth permeability adjustment in high water cut (93.196 ) reservoirs in North Changyuan, Daqing. The performance properties of SGPP is investigated experimentally in laboratory. The water absorbing power (WAP) and the dilatation in volume (DiV) of SGPP are influenced less by particle size and much more by thenature of media, being the largest in fresh water, intermediate in 500 and 1000 mg/L HPAM solution and the smallest in produced water; the WAP and DiV values in 2 and 48 hrs of immersion are not very different and in 48 hrs are in range 10.55-7.21 and 16.74-12.64 and close to their equilibrium values. Both the risistance factor, Fr, and residual resistance factor, Frr, are small when injecting into artificial cores of K =- 5.2 μm^2 0.3% suspension of SGPP of different particle size in fresh water and are significant when injecting into cores of K 0.44-10.6 μm^2 0.3% suspension of SGPP of particle size 〉200 mesh in HPAM solution of viscosity 24.8 mPa·s (Fr in range 13.10-6.13 and Frr in range 6.95-4.87) ; in the later case the injection pressure curves for the SGPP suspension become complicated, indicating the transfer, trapping, retransfer and retrapping of SGPP particles in the cores and the injection pressures at the entrance and the middle point increase synchronously, showing a good transport ability of the SGPP suspension. The measurements of particle size distribution of the SGPP swelled in 2 hrs and sheared show that the SGPP swelled in produced water is more resistant to shearing desintegration than that in fresh water.
