S/P Combinational Flooding Fluid for High Temperature and High Salinity Sandstone Reservoirs: A Laboratory Study

摘  要:针对高温(98℃)、高盐(矿化度122.4 g/L)、不宜使用含碱驱油剂的中原胡12块砂岩油藏,实验考察了S/P二元复合驱替液的配方和性能.实验温度98℃,实验溶液用矿化度122.4 g/L、Ca2++Mg2+ 1.0 g/L的油田污水配制,实验原油地下密度0.8236 g/cm3,地下粘度9.11 mPa·s.从11种商品表面活性剂中筛选出的石油磺酸盐MJ2和DQ,0.4%溶液的界面张力平衡值达10-3 mN/m超低值.=1.7×107、2.4×107的商品HPAM Y1、Y2与MJ2、DQ(0.3%)的二元体系粘度(7.34 s-1,下同)很低,<4 mPa·s,疏水基摩尔分数为0.20%、0.25%的商品疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4、AP-P5的二元体系粘度高,当聚合物浓度为1.5 g/L时MJ2/AP-P5体系的粘度>50 mPa·s.1.5 g/L AP-P5/MJ2和DQ体系在表面活性剂质量分数为0.1%~0.3%时出现宽的高粘度峰.AP-P5/MJ2和DQ体系在11000 r/min剪切0.5分钟后静置时,60分钟粘度恢复率为80%,10小时为85%.在天然岩心中注入0.25 PV 0.05%~0.50% MJ2/1.5 g/L AP-P5体系,采收率随MJ2质量分数增大而提高,MJ2为0.25%时采收率比水驱提高20%.图5表2参1.The composition and the performance properties of an S/P combinational flooding fluid are studied experimentally in laboratory for high temperature and high salinity blocked sandstone reservoir HU-12 in Zhongyuan. In experiments, the test temperature is of 98℃ ; the test solutions are prepared in the oilfield produced water of TSD = 122.4 g/L and Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ 1.0 g/ L; the crude oil used has underground density 0. 8236 g/cm^3 and viscosity 9.11 mPa·s. Petroleum sulfonates MJ2 and DQ are chosen from 11 commercial surfactants and their 0.4% solution has ultralow equilibrium interracial tension of 10^-3 mN/m. The apparent viscosity at 7.34 1/s is rather low, 〈4 mPa·s, for mixed S/P solutions (MS/PSs) of 0.3% MJ2 or DQ and commercial HPAM Y1,Y2 (of M^- = 1.7 × 10^7,2.4 × 10^7, respectively) and is satisfactory for MS/MSs of 0.3% MJ2 or DQ and hydrophobically associating polymers AP-P4, AP-P5 (of hydrophobe molar fraction 0.2 %, 0.25 %, respectively), being of 〉 50 mPa· s at polymer dosage 1.5 g/L. A wide peak of apparent viscosity appears at surfactant dosage 0.1-0. 3% for MJ2 or DQ/1.5 g/L AP-P5 MS/ PSs. 80% recovery of apparent viscosity is observed in 60 min and 85%-in 10 hrs of standing of the MJ2 and DQ/AP-P5 MS/PSs having been sheared at stirring speed 11000 r/min in 0.5 min. Injecting 0.25 PV of 0. 05-0 . 50 % MJ2/1.5 g/L AP-P5 MS/PS into reservoir cores leads to an enhancement in oil recovery increased with increasing MJ2 dosage, being of 20% (OOIP) at MJ2 dosage 0.25 %.
