摘  要:所报道的注水砂岩油藏深部调剖用的流向改变剂LJ-1,为吸水膨胀型颗粒状预交联AM三元共聚物/粘土复合物,由3种共聚单体和钠粘土共同反应制成.根据吸水膨胀倍数(m/m)和吸水饱和的凝胶颗粒相对强度等级,反应混合物中单体AM、AA、MMA的质量比为4∶1∶0.03,单体浓度30%,粘土用量13%,引发剂用量2%,交联剂L-2(有机酸铝盐)1.5%,另外还加入稳定剂(有机稀土类化合物)及增韧剂S,溶剂为水,反应温度50℃.JL-1在清水中的吸水膨胀倍数高达80;在矿化度258.6 g/L、高钙镁离子含量的油田污水中,吸水膨胀倍数随温度升高而增大,50℃时为40,200℃时为55;吸水饱和的JL-1颗粒均为有弹性的可变形凝胶.将200目的LJ-1在100~300 mg/L HPAM溶液中配成0.5%悬浮液,测定一定体积悬浮液前后两次通过5层100目筛网的流动压差之比即韧性指数,平均值为1.17,表明LJ-1颗粒的韧性良好,不易破碎.图5表5参10.Fluid diverting agent LJ-1 for water flooded sandstone reservoirs is a swellable in water partioulated precrosslinked acrylarnide tercopolymer-bentonite complex (PCC), prepared by the comonomers and Na-bentonite together. With measurements of water absorbing power (WAP) and relative gel strength code taken as criteria, following reaction parameters are established. monomer mass ratio AM/AA/MMA= 4/1/0.03; concentration of monomers in water 30% ; dosage of bentonite 13%, of initiator 2%, of crosslinker (organic acid Al salts) 2%; a gel stabilizer (organic rare earth metal compounds), and additive S; reaction temperature 50℃. The WAP of PPC LJ- 1 in fresh water is as high as 80 ( m/m ) and in an oilfield produced water of TSD = 258.6 g/L and containing large amount of Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ increases with increasing temperature from -40 at 40℃ to -55 at 200℃ ; PPC particles with water adsorbed to saturation form deformable elastic gel. The flowing pressure difference for a given volume of 0.3% suspension of 200 mesh PPC LJ-1 in 100-300 mg/L HPAM solution to flow through 5 layers of 100 mesh screen 2 times successively is taken as toughness index and accounts 1. 17 in average, which shows that PPC LJ-1 is tough enough to resist sheafing desintegration.
