摘  要:本研究目的是利用以石灰水处理油田回注污水时产生的污泥,制备自生气凝胶泡沫体系,用作单液法深部调剖剂.在密闭容器中,含62%碳酸钙和15%碳酸镁的污泥,与8%盐酸或8%盐酸+3.2%水玻璃+起泡剂反应达到平衡的时间(16℃),随初始压力的增大按指数增大,0.8 MPa时反应基本不进行,与18%盐酸反应达到的平衡压力,随温度升高(14~60℃)略有增大(0.58~0.66 MPa).因此,此种泡沫体系的制备和注入应在加压条件下进行.以碳酸钙代替污泥与8%盐酸和3.2%水玻璃密闭反应,随碳酸钙量增大,体系pH值升高,成胶时间缩短,pH>4时成胶时间≤4小时,生成的水玻璃凝胶泡沫细小而稳定.通过具有含污泥段的高渗透石英砂填砂管分别注入8.2%盐酸、8.2%盐酸+起泡剂、8.2%盐酸+3.2%水玻璃+起泡剂,测绘注入压力曲线,只有注入第3种体系时注入压力才会持续地大幅度升高,最大压力超过注水压力100倍以上,产生了很强的封堵效果.图4表2参7.This study is conducted for the purpose of preparing an authigenic gas gelling/foaming fluid (AGGFF) based on the sludge created in limewater treatments of recycled oilfield produced waters as indepth profiling agent capable of being squeezed in a single slug. For reactions of a sludge sample containing 62% CaCO3 and 15% MgCO3 with 8% hydrochloric acid or with the acid + 3.2% sodium silicate solution+ foamer in close vessels, the equilibrium time at 16℃ increases exponentially with raising the initial pressure and becomes long enough at initial pressure 0.8 MPa; the equilibrium pressure reached in the close reaction of the sludge with 18% hydrochloric acid increases slightly from 0.58 to 0.66 MPa with raising temperature from 14℃ to 60℃ ; it is concluded that the preparation and injection of sludge/hydrochloric acid/silicate solution/foamer AGGFF should be performed under proper pressures. In close reactions of 8% hydrochloric acid, 3.2% silicate solution and CaCO3(instead of sludge), the pH of the reaction system increases and its gelation time decreases with increasing CaCO3 amount taken and the gelation time is ≤4 hrs at pH〉4; a stable silicate gelled foam of tiny bubbles is created. Into highly permeable quartz sand packs with a sludge containing section 8.2 % hydrochloric acid, plain or with a foamer or with 3.2% silicate solution and a foamer added, is injected and injection pressure curves are constructed; it is shown that a continuous, dramatical raise in injection pressures is observed and the highest value is more than 100 times of the initial water injection pressure when the 3rd acid being injected; this AGGFF creates in porous media strong pluggings.
