摘 要:从11种商品中筛选出的起泡剂DP-4为阴非离子复配表面活性剂,与矿化度8.38 g/L的油藏地层水完全配伍,抗油性能好.在渗透率1.5 μm2的填石英砂模型上,气液比1∶1~2∶1时,注入0.5%DP-4溶液产生的阻力因子最高,超过1500.加入1.8 g/L HPAM(3530S)的0.5% DP-4溶液形成的泡沫半衰期长而泡沫体积最大.在室内实验中聚合物强化起泡液由0.5% DP-4和1.8 g/L聚合物组成,气液比1∶1,氮气纯度99.95%.将模型水驱至残余油,注入强化泡沫,注入压力由0.05 MPa上升至2.8 MPa,采出程度由54%增至79%.孤岛油砂填充的2.7和0.9 μm2双管模型并联,污水配液,在60℃、6 MPa压力下水驱至残余油(采出程度34.6%),注入0.1 PV强化起泡液前置段塞,0.3 PV强化泡沫主段塞,转水驱,最终采出程度71.1%.现场试验从2003年5月开始,原设计以150 m3/d流量注1.5% DP-4强化起泡液10天,再按气液比1∶1注0.75% DP-4的强化泡沫170天,以后恢复注聚.在现场实施气液混合注入时注入压力过分升高,改为气液交替注入,又由于所用氮气含氧5%,致使注入压力较低,但截至12月5日,仍收到注入井吸液剖面改善,一部分生产井增油减水的效果.图3表3参6.Foaming agent DP-4, selected from 11 commercial chemicals, is an anionic/nonionic mixed surfactant, compatible very well with the formation water of TSD = 8.38 g/L and tolerant to the reservoir oil. On a quartz sand pack of K = 1.5 μm^2, injecting simultaneously 0.5% DP-4 solution and N2 gas results in creation of the largest resistance factor 〉 1500 when the gas to solution volume ratio (GSVR) ranged in 1:1-2:1. The most voluminous foam of long half lifetime is formed from 0.5% DP-4 + 1.8 g/L solution, in laboratory foam flooding experiments, the polymer enhanced foaming solution (PEFS) used is compce, ed of 0.5 % DP-4 and 1.8 g/1. HPAM, GSVR= 1:1 and 99.95% N2 gas is used. When PEFS and N2 gas are injected into a sand pack water flooded to residual oil state, the injection pressure increases from 0.05 to 2.8 MPa and the oil recovery-from 54 % to 79 %. At 60℃ and 6 MPa pressure, 2 Gudao reservoir oily sand packs of K = 2.7 and 0.9 μm^2, respectively, and connected in parallel are flooded by water to residual oil state and 34.6% oil recovery, then 0.1 PV of PEFS as pad and 0.3 PV of N2 + PEFS as main slug are injected and followed by water flood until an end oll recovery of 71.1% obtained. The field polymer enhanced foam flood trial program, started in May 2003, includes injection of PEFS of 1.5% DP-4 at 150 m^3/d in 10 days and of N2 + PEFS of 0.75% DP-4 in GSVR = 1 : 1 in 170 days and is followed by polymer injection again. In the course of simultaneous gas/PEFS injection, very high squeezing pressure has created and an alternative way of injection is taken instead. The N2 gas used contains 5 % O2 and leads to lower injection pressure. Up to Dec 5,2003, some improvements in entry profile are observed in the injection well GD2-28-8 and a growth in oil productivity and a drop in water production-in several oil wells.
