摘  要:在实验室考察了用热碱(NaOH)水抽提法从内蒙古油砂中分离油砂油的工艺条件.用Dean-Stark甲苯抽提法测得两个油砂样含油12.5%和13.6%,含水0.55%和0.65%.分离出的油砂油含饱和分8.2%、芳香分23.6%、胶质25.0%、沥青质41.3%,含88.31%C、9.97%H、5.09%O、0.69%N、0.93%S.考虑工业生产条件得到的分离工艺参数为:碱水、油砂质量比1.5∶1~2∶1;碱、水质量比0.2%~0.5%;温度95%;搅拌转速75~100 r/min;抽提时间30 min,油砂油回收率可达95.5%以上.推荐的最佳分离工艺条件为:碱水、油砂比2∶1;碱、水比0.2%,温度95℃,搅拌转速80 r/min,抽提时间30 min.用Na2CO3代替NaOH使油砂油回收率有所下降.图2表5参2.The technology of extracting bitumen (oil) from Inner Mongolia oil sand by hot alkaline (NaOH) water is investigated in laboratory. For two samples of the oil sand, the bitumen content is of 12.5% and 13.6% and the water content - 0.55% and 0.65% as determined by using Dean-Stark procedure of toluene extraction. The bitumen separated contains 8.2% saturated and 23.6% aromatic hydrocarbons, 25.0% resins, and 41.3% asphaltenes and composed of 88.3%C,9.97%H,5.09%O, 0.69%N, and 0.93%S. Taken commercial processes into consideration, the proper parameters of the technology obtained are: alkaline water to oil sand mass ratio (WSR) 1.5-2.0; alkaline to water mass ratio (AWR) 0.2-0.5% ; temperature 95℃ ; stirring speed 75-100 r/min; and extraction duration 30 min and under such conditions the recovery of bitumen is 〉95.5%. The optimum extraction parameters recommended are: WSR = 2.0, AWR = 0.2 %, 95℃, 80 r/min,30 min. The bitumen recovery decreases in some extent when Na2CO3 used instead NaOH.
