摘　　要：简介了全路建设车号自动识别及三级建库系统的重要意义，简述了车号自动识别及三级建库系统的软硬件体系结构以及系统在呼和浩特铁路局的实际应用情况，并对系统在实际应用中出现的维护、管理等问题阐述了个人观点。It was introduced the general destination,the effet builded the Automatic Train Identification System （ATIS）, system stuction for ATIS ＆ Three classes datebase and the practical application for Huhhot Railway Administration ,showed the way to manage the Controlling and Processing System and keep maintenance of it.
