摘　　要：产业集群研究的一个主要命题是集群与创新的关系,其核心是产业集群和技术创新的互动关系。文章在对产业集群和企业技术创新论述的基础上,重点分析了产业集群和企业技术创新之间的相互关系,并在此基础上,阐述了产业集群对企业技术创新的作用机制。The relationship between clusters and innovation is one of the main subjects studied in the field of industrial clusters. The core of the study is about the interact relationship between intlustrial clusters and technonical innovation. Based on the explanation of the industrial clusters and the enterprise technology innovation, the article mainly focuses on analyzing the relationship between two of them. Furthermore, the author also elaborates the industrial cluster＇ s effection mechanism to the enterprise technology innovation.
