摘　　要：一人公司是公司制度发展过程中出现的新型公司形式,一人公司在我国的存在,已是不可否认的事实。本文通过完善公司法的规定,严格限制一人有限公司的股东滥用有限责任,并引入“揭开公司面纱”的司法措施,就一人公司在我国遇到的问题提出了积极的解决对策,对如何规范一人公司提出自己的建议。As a new form, sole companies have emerged during the development of the company system. It is an undeniable fact that sole companies do exist in our country. With the improvement on corporation law and the rule of “piercing the corporate veil”, this paper deals with the problems which sole companies encounter, and gives some advice on the regulation of sole companies.
