摘　　要：Mantis作为由php、mysql开发的B／S架构的开源工具,要通过安装一些免费工具和对相应工具进行配置,才能实现零成本的缺陷跟踪处理。同时,由于mantis规定的许多流程不能够适应各领域软件的应用需求,各软件开发团队应根据自身管理流程的特色和缺陷类型的不同,建立符合自己的缺陷工作模型,并对缺陷进行合理处理。Mantis is an open source system based on B/S structure from php and mysql development which must install and collocate some free tools to realize the defect track of the cost of zero. Otherwise, every group of software development must establish to match own track work model and to proceed the reasonable handles because Mantis provision many processes can not adapt enough to the application need of each realm software.
