摘　　要：The seventh meeting of the Fifth Executive Council of Chinese Society of Astronautics （CSA） was held on March 2-3, 2006 in Nanjing. Those who were present at the meeting were Mr. Zhang Qingwei, Chairman of CSA and President of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation （CASC）, Mr. Wu Zhuo, Vice-President of CASC, Mr. Ma Xingrui, Vice-President of CASC, Mr. Yang Junhua, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of CSA, Mr. Li Yue, member of the Executive Council and Vice-President of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation （CASIC） and other members. Mr. Zhang chaired the meeting.
