296例前列腺增生症手术患者焦虑、抑郁程度调查分析及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺增生症手术患者焦虑、抑郁的严重程度和特点,为心理评估和心理治疗提供依据。方法采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),对296例前列腺增生症手术患者焦虑、抑郁状态进行测评。结果前列腺增生症手术患者术前、术后均存在明显焦虑、抑郁,且手术前显著高于手术后(P<0.01),不同年龄、不同文化程度的患者焦虑、抑郁状态不同。小于70岁的老年人、文化程度高者焦虑、抑郁程度严重。结论前列腺增生症患者心理健康状态较差,术前、术后的心理咨询和心理治疗必不可少。Objective To explore the characteristics and degree of anxiety and depression in BPH patients and offer the basis for psychology evaluation and psychotherapy. Methods The anxiety and depression appearance were tested and assessed with soil-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in 296 BPH patients before and after operation. Results The BPH Patients had anxiety and depression appearance before and after operation. The patients＇s anxety, depressian was more higher before than after operation （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The patients＇ s .anxiety and depression had something with the age, culture and degree. The anxiety and depression were serious inpationts of higher level of edueatian and less 70 yearn old. Conclusion It is necessary for the BHP patients to receive psychotherapy, becanso the psycho-state of BHP patients is not well.
