新疆维吾尔自治区培养男子青少年足球运动员存在的问题和发展对策研究

摘　　要：对新疆培养青少年男子足球运动员中的训练管理体制、培养模式、队伍数量、队员人数及其分布、民族比例、基础设施、教练员、比赛等方面进行分析。研究表明,新疆青少年培养存在训练管理体制不健全,队伍及人数分布不均匀,队伍结构不合理,科学选材力度不够,地器场材等基础设施缺乏,缺乏高水平足球教练员,青少年足球比赛欠缺等问题。We analyze and research the problems of the number of the teams, the number of the players, general conditions of the coaches, basic facility, distribution of the working staff, the training system, the model of the holding/raining, the general conditions of the training unit, the number of competitions. The result show： Training management system and organization is not sound, football team and players exist in unbalance, Laek of competition, training devices are, short, lack of good coach. The paper provides some advices on the measures of football development, intending to improve training standard of youth football players in Xinjing Urgur Autonomous Region.
