3种治法对自发性高血压大鼠血管重构影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对比研究平肝潜阳法、化湿利水泄浊法及两者合法平肝化湿法对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血管重构(VR)的影响。方法:SHR随机分为化湿组、平肝组、合方组、依那普利组和模型组,并设Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)大鼠组作为正常对照,治疗8周。观察各组大鼠血压、主动脉胶原含量及其中膜血管平滑肌(VSM)、胶原纤维(CF)、弹力纤维(EF)的相对面积比值等变化。结果:模型组血压、主动脉胶原含量、VSM及CF面积等显著高于其他各组(P<0.05或P<0.01);模型组血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)核个数显著少于WKY组、合方组及依那普利组,EF变化仅模型组与WKY组间差异有显著性。结论:3种治法均有降低血压及抑制主动脉胶原沉积和VSMC肥大的作用。Objective：To compare effects of 3 therapeutic,method of calming the liver and suppressing yang,method of resolving dampness and removing turbid,and combination of both methods on vascular remodeling （VR）in spontaneous hypertension rats（SHR）. Methods：SHR were randomly divided into resolving dampness group, calming the liver group, calming the liver and resolving dampness group,Enalapril group and model group, with the Wistar-Kyoto （WKY）rats used as normal control group. They were treated for 8 weeks. Changes of blood pressure,aortic collagen content,and its vascular smooth muscle （VSM）,collagen fibers （CF）,area of elastic fibers （EF） were investigated in all groups. Results ： The blood pressure,aortic collagen content,VSM and CF area in the model group were significantly higher than those in other groups （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01 ）;and the number of the nucleus of vascular smooth muscle cells （VSMC）in the model group was significantly less than that in WKY group,calming the liver and resolving dampness group,and Enalapril group. There was significant difference between model group and WKY group in changes of EF. Conclusion ：All the 3 therapeutic methods have functions of decreasing blood pressure,inhibiting deposition of aortic collagen and overgrowth of VSMC.
