摘  要:用双控体模型计算直通式篦齿密封动特性系数,介绍单控体模型。通过理论计算与试验结果的对比,说明采用的双控体模型方法是可行的;分析了密封间隙、转速等对密封动特性系数的影响;用实例比较单控体模型和双控体模型的结果,得出一些有意义的结论。The improved two-control-volume model is used to compute the dynamic coefficients of see-through labyrinth seal, and the one-control-volume model is also introduced briefly. The theoretical results from the improved two-control-volume model are in well agreement with the experimental data, so the improved method is feasible. The influences of seal clearance and running speeds on dynamic coefficients for both the teeth-on-rotor and the teeth-on-stator seals are presented. Dynamic coefficients for a certain see-through labyrinth seal are calculated respectively using both one-control-volume and two-control-volume models, and the two kinds of results are compared. Some interesting conclusions are drawn.
