一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法将126例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用一期根治术治疗,对照组采用传统切开引流术治疗。结果术后随访10个月至2年,两组术后形成肛瘘和脓肿复发比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,经统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿对防治术后肛瘘的形成或减少脓肿复发有较明显的效果。Objective To investigate the rapeutic effect of primary radical operation, in perianal abscess. Methods A total of 126 patients were randomized into 2 groups. The treatment group received primary operation, and the control group received common incision and drainage. Results During the 10-month to 2-year follow-up, the postoperative fistula and abscess recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of control（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Primary radical operation for tearing periamal abscess has significant effect in preventing the form of fistula or decreasing the postoperative recurrence of abscess.
