稠油采出液油水分离剂的研制和应用

摘　　要：研制出了对中东某油田高含水稠油(API度为21·3)采出液兼有清水和破乳双重功能的非离子型油水分离剂SP1006。现场试验表明,在SP1006综合加药量为6mg/L的情况下,就可达到外输脱水脱气原油的水含量不大于0·6%、处理后深层回灌采出水的含油量不大于150mg/L的技术指标。A nonionic oil/water separation agent SP 1006 has been developed. The agent has dual functional properties both for water cleaning and emulsion breaking for highly water-contained inspissated viscous oil from Middle East oilfield. The field testing results show that when the dosage of separation agent SP1006 is 6 mg/L used to treat inspissated viscous oil, the following results can be obtained i.e. the water content of treated oil is below 0. 6% , and the oil content of treated water is below 150mg/L.
