摘 要:目的:观察液体通气对胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)大鼠肺的影响。方法:建立大鼠MAS模型,分离并培养肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞,通过对比实验组与对照组不同时间段的电镜和细胞凋亡率的变化,探讨液体通气在MAS中的应用。结果:电镜显示,实验组的形态学损伤轻于对照组,且细胞凋亡率低于对照组,两者存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:液体通气可抑制MAS中大鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞的凋亡,减少肺组织损伤。Objective: To observe the effects of liquid ventilation on MAS in rats. Methods: The rats model of MAS was construetcd. Alveolar type Ⅱ cells were separated and cultured. The effects of liquid ventilation on MAS were studied through comparing the groups' difference on the photo of electron microscope and the proportions of apoptosis. Results: the morphological damage of positive group was lighter than that of negative group, and the rate of apoptosis of positive group was lower than that of negative group. Conclusion: liquid ventilation can inhibit apoptosis of alveolar type Ⅱ cells in MAS model of rats,and reduce the damage of tissue.
