摘　　要：目的:探讨微型螺钉内固定治疗Bennett2区骨折的临床疗效。方法:Bennett2区骨折20例,男18例,女2例;年龄19～46岁,平均30岁;右侧16例,左侧4例。切开复位后,应用2枚直径2.0mm微型螺钉固定第1掌骨底部与内侧三角骨块。术后早期功能锻炼。结果:所有患者均获随访,时间6个月～1年,平均8.8个月。所有患者均获良好复位和固定,骨折愈合时间4～5周,均为Ⅰ期愈合。采用孟永生疗效评价标准:优18例,良2例。结论:微型螺钉内固定具有固定确实、术后可早期功能锻炼、减少并发症的发生等优点。Objective：To study the curative effect with mini-screw internal fixation on Bennett zone 2 fracture. Methods：Twenty patients（18 male and 2 female;The average age of 30 years ranging from 19 to 46 years ; 16 right and 4 left）with Bennett zone 2 fracture were treated by open reduction and two pieces of 2.0 mm mini-screws fixation on base of the first metacarpal and lateral bonetriangular bone. Early functional exercise of postoperative were done in all patients. Results ：All patients were followed up for from 6 months to 1 year（ mean 8.8 months）. All patients were obtained good reposition and fixation. The time of fracture healing were from 4 to 5 weeks ,all patients healed of Ⅰ period. According to MENG Yong-sheng curative effect standard, the results were exellent in 18 cases ,good in 2 cases. Conclusion： Mini-screw is a good method in treating Bennett zone 2 fracture. It is characterized by fixation firmly and early functional exercise after operation and reducing the complication.
