摘  要:分析了用类比法确定毛细管尺寸的局限性,提出了多根毛细管之间尺寸转换的当量方法。以制冷量25kW的空调机为例,对比了当量计算与匹配试验得到的毛细管尺寸,两者的长度和内径分别相差3·6%,5·8%,表明当量方法是可行的。Analyses the limitation of the traditional analogy method to determine the dimension of capillary tubes. Puts forward an equivalence method to transform the dimension between parallel capillary tubes. Taking a 25 kW-refrigerating capacity air conditioner as an example, compares the dimension obtained by the equivalence method with that by the match experiment method. The results show that the difference of the inner diameter and length is separately 3.6% and 5. 8% and that it is proved that the equivalence method can be applied to the capillary tube match experiment for an air conditioning unit.
