水飞蓟素治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常40例

摘　　要：目的:观察水飞蓟素胶囊治疗肝功能异常的慢性乙型肝炎疗效。方法:80例肝功能异常的慢性乙肝患者,随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组口服葡醛内酯200 mg,tid;试验组在此基础上加用口服水飞蓟素胶囊140 mg,bid,疗程均为12周,并评价患者临床症状与肝功能变化。结果:试验组总有效率80%,对照组60%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05),且无明显的不良反应。结论:水飞蓟素胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常安全、有效。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of silymarin capsules for patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Methods： 80 patients with CHB associated with abnormal ALT and AST levels were randomly administered silymarin （ 140 mg, bid） plus glucurolactonum （200 mg, tid） or glucurolactonum alone （200 mg, tid） for 12 weeks. Results： At the end of 12-week therapy, the silymarin-treated patients experienced more significant normalization of ALT and AST levels than the glucurolactomum-treated patients （80% vs. 60% , P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Added-on silymarin is more potent in the reduction of elevated ALT and AST levels in patients with CHB.
