二丙酸倍氯米松加吉诺通治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察应用二丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂喷鼻及吉诺通口服治疗分泌性中耳炎效果.方法 81例（101耳）分泌性中耳炎,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组52耳在传统治疗方法的基础上加用二丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂及吉诺通口服.对照组49耳用传统方法治疗.全部病例随访8～16个月（平均11.9个月）.结果对比观察两组疗效.治疗组35耳显效（67.3%）,有效12耳（23.1%）,无效5耳（9.6%）,总有效率90.4%.对照组21耳显效（42.9%）,有效19耳（38.8%）,无效9耳（18.3%）,总有效率81.7%.组间比较P＜0.05.结论加用二丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂喷鼻及吉诺通口服治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效优于单纯的传统治疗方法.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of a combined therapy with bclomethasone dipropionate Aerosol（BDA） and gelomyrtol forte（GF） on secretary otitis media（SOM）. Methods Eighty-one cases （101 ears） with SOM were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 41 cases（52 ears）in treating group （TG） and 40 cases（49 ears） in controlling one （CG）.The cases in TG were treated by the combined therapy supplemented with a traditional one. with BDA sprayed into nasal cavity and GF orally taken, and those in CG were treated only by the traditional therapy,After the therapeutic course, they were all followed up for 8 to 16 months, with an averaged following up period of 11.9 months. Then, a comparative analysis was made on the therapeutic effects of these therapies between the 2 groups. Results The significandy effective rate, effective rate and total effective rate were 67.3% （35 ears）. 23.1% （12 ears）and 90.4% for cases in TG, and they were 42.9 % （21 ears）, 38.8 % （19 ears） and 81.7 % for those in CG respectively, with very significant - ences among the rates of the 2 groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The combined therapy, with BDA sprayed into nasal cavity and GF orally taken, is more effective than the simple traditional therapy on SOM.
