激光血疗加电针治疗突发性聋90例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察激光血疗(ILIB)加电针治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法对90例突发性聋随机分为治疗组(电针加ILIB)和对照组(单用ILIB),比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果总有效率:治疗组91.1%,对照组73.3%。结论治疗组优于对照组。说明电针加激光血疗对突发性聋有效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with intravascular laser irradiation of blood（ILIB） and electroacupuncture on sudden deafness. Methods Ninety cases with sudden deafness were included in this study and they were randomly divided into two groups. The cases in treating group（TG）were treated by the combined trerapy and those in controlling one （CG） were treated only by ILIB. Then, the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates were 91.1% and 73.3 % for TG and CG respectively, with a very significant difference between them. Conclusion The combined therapy with ILIB and electroacupuncture is more effective than the simple ILIB therapy with ILIB and electroacupuncture is more effective than the simple ILIB therapy alone for the treatment of sudden deafness.
