儿童慢性鼻窦炎的鼻内镜手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素.方法回顾分析1999年1月～2003年4月经鼻内镜手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎72例临床资料.结果随访12个月以上,根据内镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准（1997·海口）,本组72例中,治愈58例,治愈率80.6%,好转13例,好转率18.0%,无效1例,无效率1.4%,总有效率98.6%,未发生严重并发症.结论鼻内镜手术是治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的理想方法.但应注意选择手术时机,控制手术范围,加强术后管理.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic surgery on chronic sinusitis in children and the associating factors giving affects on the theraputic effect for this treating procedure. Methods A retrospective study was made among 72 children with chronic sinusitis treated by endoscopic surgery in our Hospital from Jan. 1999 to Apr. 2003. All these children were followed up for more than 12 months. Results Among these eases, 58 were cured, 13 were effective, and only one was ineffective, with their corresponding rates being 80.6 %, 18.0 % and 1.4 % respectively and a total effective rate of 98.6 %. There were no significant complications taking place among them. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is more appropriate therapy for chronic sinusitis in children.
