摘  要:目的:了解2002年广州、佛山、中山、顺德、英德、四会、揭东、番禺等8个地区中死亡率最高的前几位疾病的分布特征。方法:应用对应分析对8个地区的男性和女性的疾病死亡率资料进行分析。结果:得到各地区和各种疾病的公因子以及载荷系数,并根据载荷系数作出因子载荷平面图。结论:8个地区中男性疾病以恶性肿瘤与心脏病的死亡率最高,泌尿生殖系病死亡率最低;女性则以呼吸系病与心脏病的死亡率最高,内分泌、营养、免疫代谢疾病的死亡率最低。男性与女性的所有疾病中,恶性肿瘤主要集中于广州、顺德、揭东。Objective: To explore the distribution character of the region for several diseases among eight regions (Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan, Shunde etc. ) in 2002. Method: The correspondence analysis method was used to analyze the information of the mortality of diseases for females and males in the eight regions respectively. Results: The common factors of regions and diseases and the factor diagram by factor loadings is obtained . Conclusion: The result shows : for the males the mortality of Malignancy and Cardiopathy are the highest and that of Genitourinary system disease is the lowest; for the females, the diseases of Respiration and Cardiopathy have the highest mortality, illness in the incretion, nutrition, immunity metabolization are the lowest one. However Malignancy was mostly seen in Guangzhou, Shunde, Jiedong for males and females.
