摘 要:介绍了我们近年来对潜热型功能热流体制备、流动和强化换热特性的研究.潜热型功能热流体换热能力比普通流体强,其强化换热的物理机制为:相变颗粒为分布内热源或热汇,相变颗粒的存在改变了流体的温度分布;自研潜热型功能热流体可看成牛顿流体,摩擦阻力系数符合64/Re关系,粘度约是水的5.57倍,优于国内外文献中报道的同类材料的粘度.由于存在相变,相同换热量下泵耗比水小,实际应用的经济性和可行性较好.Our recent research on the preparation, heat and flow characteristics of latent functionally thermal fluid (LFTF) is introduced. The results show that: compared with conventional heat transfer fluid, LFTF is of higher heat transfer and transportation ability. The mechanism for that is the function of micro phase change material particles is the same as distributed internal heat sources or sinks; the LFTF developed by us can be considered as Newtonian liquid from its rbeological characteristics; the friction factor of the LFTF conforms to the rule of 64/Re and its viscosity is about 5.57 times of that of water, which is much lower than those reported in the literature; for given heat transportation quantity, due to phase change, the pump consumption for the LFTF decrease greatly compared with water; the LFTF has good application feasibility.
