厌氧复合床反应器处理生活污水的试验研究

摘  要:常温条件下采用厌氧复合床反应器(HAR)处理生活污水,考察了稳定运行阶段的负荷率及出水回流对反应器运行效果的影响。结果表明,采用HAR处理生活污水可以高效地削减有机负荷,当进水有机负荷从1.035kgCOD/(m3·d)提高到1.622kgCOD/(m3·d)时,可明显提高对COD的去除率;HAR的最佳水力停留时间为6h,对COD的去除率>65%;当回流比为4时对COD去除率的提高较为明显,但过高的回流比(R=6)会使污泥流失,导致反应器对COD的去除效果变差。Under normal temperature, the influences of loading rate and outlet reflux at steady operation were investigated when hybrid anaerobic reactor (HAR) was adopted to treat domestic wastewater. The results indicate that organic loading rate is reduced effectively with HAR, COD removal rate is improved obviously when the organic loading rate increases from 1. 035 kgCOD/( m^3 * d) to 1. 622 kgCOD/(m^3 * d). The optimal hydraulic retention time of HAR is 6 hours and COD removal rate is above 65%. When the reflux ratio is 4, it will benefit COD removal rate. While the reflux ratio is bigger than 6, sludge washing-out will occur and the effect of COD removal will be decresed.
