摘  要:使用装备自制的四叶片旋转叶片的应力控制流变仪测试过硫酸铵和四甲基乙二胺氧化还原体系作为引发体系引发丙烯酰胺自由基聚合过程的模量变曲线,得到聚合反应的空闲时间(idle time),交联剂为N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺。研究了体系中四甲基乙二胺对实验温度的影响,过硫酸铵浓度、丙烯酰胺浓度和N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的比例对空闲时间的影响。本文还详细讨论了体系pH值对聚合反应idle time的影响。A new technique, rheometer equipped with a four-blade vane test fixture was used to investigate the idle time of cross-linking polymerization of acrylamide. The cross-linking polymerization of acrylamide and N,N'-menthylene-bis-acrylamide was initiated by ammonium persulfate and N,N,N',N',-tetramethylethylenediamine redox initiator system.. The basic aspects effect of initiators and monomer on the experimental temperature and idle time of polymerization were studied by vane method. The effect of pH value on the idle time of polymerization was investigated in detail. As pH value was between 2.3 and 11.5 no effect of pH value on the idle time was found while as pH value was lower than 2.3 and higher than 11.5 more time would be needed for gelation.
