复方蛇床子洗液治疗湿疹60例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方蛇床子洗液治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将105例患者分为两组,治疗组60例用复方蛇床子洗液外洗,对照组45例用丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗,根据皮损面积和自觉瘙痒程度判定疗效。结果:两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方蛇床子洗液治疗湿疹疗效确切,对急性湿疹疗效尤佳,与皮质类固醇激素制剂相仿,且无明显副反应。Objective ：To assess the efficacy of compound fructns cnidii lotions on eczema. Methods： 105 cases of eczema were randomized into two groups, treating troup（ 60 cases） with compound Fructns cnidii lo -tions and 45 cases with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment as contrasts, the cfficacy was assessed according to the skin lesions areas and subjective itching. Results： There wasnt singificant difference between treting group and contrasts in terms of curative efficacy. But compund Ffuctus cnidii had excellent effects on acute eczema. Con - clusion： Compound Fructus enidii lotions is similar to hydrocortisone in effects on eczema, and without mar- keelly adverse reaction
