摘　　要：对社会信用管理体系进行了分析与研究,将社会信用管理体系分为信用立法、信用服务监管、信用教育与研究3部分来加以分析与讨论,并将政府信用、电子政务、电子商务作为社会信用管理体系的环境变量进行了分析。应用软系统思维构建了社会信用管理体系的概念模型和结构模型,旨在从系统分析的视角透视社会信用管理体系的目标景象和系统结构。The society trust management system is researched and analyzed, which is divided it into three parts in cluding trust legislation, trust service and supervision, trust education and research to discuss and dissect. Its surroundings factors are also analyzed such as government trust, electronic government and electronic commerce. Its concept model and composition model are constructed with the soft system analysis mode of thinking. We have a definite purpose for penetrating its objective scene and system structure from the field of the system analysis vision.
