摘　　要：高速发展的网络,创造了一个易于商业应用发布、管理和访问的环境,也使得传统的客户机/服务器模式被浏览器/服务器(以下简称B/S)模式迅速取代。但是,B/S模式给用户带来的体验,却被普遍地认为是从C/S模式的一次倒退由此产生了很多新技术,来缩小两种模式客户体验丰富性之间的差距。介绍了JavaServerFaces技术及其应用。JSF技术给开发者提供了一个非常丰富的用户界面组件库,同时也使得表现层与后台逻辑层的结合更加容易,使得JSF成为一种开发网络应用的理想技术。The Web has created an incredible growth environment by making business applications easy to deploy, manage, and access. As such, it has displaced the client-server model fairly quickly. But, the Web has created a user experience that is considered quite universally as a step backward from what existed previously in the client-server world. There are many technologies emerging to fill the gap between the richness of the client-server and browse-server modes. The JavaServer faces technology and how to apply this new technology to the real application are introduced. JavaServer faces is the most recent technology, which provides developers with a rich library of user interface components, and an easy way to combine the presentation layer with the back end business logic. All of these make JavaServer is the ideal technology to develop a Web application.
