摘　　要：对数字卫星通信系统中Eb/N0与(C0+N0)/N0的关系进行了详细分析,并给出了二者之间的转换公式,在此基础上,将Eb/N0与误码率间的关系转化为(C0+N0)/N0与误码率间的关系。最后给出了(C0+N0)/N0和误码率测试的方法和测试中的注意事项。In this paper, firstly we analyze in detail the relation between Eb/No and （ C0 ＋ N0 ）/N0 in the digital satellite communication. Secondly we present the conversion formula of Eb/N0 and （C0 ＋ N0）/N0. On this foundation, the relation between BER and Eb/N0 can be converted into that between BER and （ C0 ＋ N0）/N0. Finally we provide the BER and （ C0 ＋ N0）/N0 test methods and the precautions during the test.
